These terms govern the provision of engineering consultancy services by Meridian Structures Ltd.
Our Services
Meridian Structures provides civil and structural engineering consultancy services. Our services are provided in accordance with the ACE Agreement 2017 or other agreed terms of engagement.
Fees and Payment
Fees are as agreed in our letter of engagement. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.
Intellectual Property
Copyright in our designs and documentation remains with Meridian Structures Ltd. Clients receive a licence to use our work for the specific project upon payment of all fees.
Professional Indemnity
We maintain professional indemnity insurance of GBP 10 million per claim. Our liability is limited to the policy amount and to losses directly arising from our negligence.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be subject to mediation. Failing resolution, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under ICE Arbitration Rules. These terms are governed by English law.
