For a team to turn an idea into a working website and look after it. AI helps produce drafts and code. We decide what suits your business, refine the content and design, and review the site before launch. Hosting, maintenance and help with content changes are part of the monthly service.

Does £25 mean I get a smaller or lower-quality website?

The saving comes from how we produce and manage the site. The free demo is only a homepage concept. The paid service includes the agreed full website. We confirm what your business needs and what the package covers before you sign up.

Is this a website builder I have to learn?

No. The demo is a way to explore a direction and tell us what you like. We build and manage the actual website. You do not need to learn an editor, choose hosting or deal with technical updates.

Is the demo exactly what I will get?

It is a homepage concept, not your finished website. It helps us find a direction together. Your final site can use your own content, photography and branding, with a chance to review it before launch.

I already have a website. Can you help?

Yes. Show us your current site so we can understand your business and what you would like to keep or change. We can help you connect your existing domain when the replacement is ready.

What if I do not have a logo or photos yet?

You can still explore. The demo uses example imagery, including AI-generated images. For the finished website, we discuss your own photos and suitable alternatives. Illustrative images are never presented as photographs of your actual team, premises or completed work.

When do I start paying?

The homepage demo is free to explore, without entering card details. The managed website service is £25 a month. Your payment start date and the service terms are explained before you sign up.

Can I keep my domain if I leave?

You can keep an existing domain with your current provider and connect it to us. For a new domain registered by Elkwood, there is a £20 transfer-out administration fee if you leave and want to take it with you.
