Three decades ofengineering impact
Founded in 1989 by Robert Meridian, our practice began with a simple commitment: deliver structural solutions that combine technical rigour with practical buildability.
Today, led by the second generation of the Meridian family, we've grown to 85 engineers and technicians while staying true to that founding principle. Our projects range from complex transport infrastructure to net-zero carbon buildings.
We believe great engineering comes from understanding not just the technical requirements but the commercial realities of construction. Our team includes engineers with site experience who understand what makes a design buildable.
