These terms govern your use of Hartwell & Sons services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Hartwell & Sons provides professional watch repair, restoration, and related services. All work is performed by certified horologists to manufacturer specifications where applicable.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide written estimates before commencing work. Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. We will contact you for approval before proceeding with any work beyond the original estimate.
Warranty
All repair and restoration work is covered by our 24-month warranty. This warranty covers parts and labour for work performed by Hartwell & Sons but does not cover damage caused by subsequent misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
Liability
While we take the utmost care with every timepiece, we carry comprehensive insurance. Our liability is limited to the fair market value of your timepiece at the time of any incident.
Collection and Storage
Timepieces must be collected within 30 days of notification that work is complete. Storage fees may apply for items left beyond this period. Uncollected items after 90 days may be subject to disposal in accordance with applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
