In an age of disposability, he chose permanence. Every watch that came through his door received the same meticulous care, whether it was a family heirloom or a new acquisition. Word spread through London's collecting circles, and soon Hartwell became synonymous with trust.
Today, his grandson Thomas leads a team of six certified horologists. The tools have evolved, the techniques have been refined, but the philosophy remains unchanged: every timepiece deserves our complete attention.
