These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Atlas Heating & Plumbing. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Atlas Heating & Plumbing provides heating engineering and plumbing services including but not limited to: boiler installation and repair, central heating systems, plumbing repairs, bathroom installations, and emergency callouts.
Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
- Additional work discovered during a job may incur extra charges, which we will discuss with you before proceeding
- Emergency callout rates apply outside normal working hours
Appointments & Cancellations
- We will provide an estimated arrival time for appointments
- We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
- Missed appointments without notice may incur a cancellation fee
Guarantees
- All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months
- Parts and materials are covered by manufacturer warranties
- Boiler installations carry warranties of up to 12 years (depending on manufacturer)
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed
- We accept payment by card, bank transfer, or cash
- For larger installations, a deposit may be required
Liability
Atlas Heating & Plumbing carries full public liability insurance. We will not be liable for any damage caused by pre-existing faults or defects, or any consequential losses arising from the provision of our services.
Gas Safety
All our gas engineers are Gas Safe registered. Registration number: 123456. We are legally required to notify you of any unsafe gas appliances found during our work.
