Threshold Advisory provides regulatory compliance consultancy services. Our advice is based on our professional judgment and current regulatory guidance. We do not provide legal advice.
Engagement Terms
Each engagement is governed by a separate letter of engagement that specifies scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. These general terms apply in addition to any engagement letter.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law or professional obligation.
Intellectual Property
Our methodologies, frameworks, and templates remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a licence to use deliverables for their internal purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We maintain professional indemnity insurance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
